Alliance Professional Services, LLC is a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Tennessee in 2008. Each Officer is personally involved in the day-to-day operations of the Company. In addition, all members of our Executive Board are Certified Community Partner Work Incentives Counselors (CPWIC) and can assist our Ticket to Work participants with Work Incentive planning and guidance.

Pam Walker
Founder & CEO

Pam Walker is the Founder and CEO of Alliance Professional Services, LLC. She is an extremely talented and innovative individual, holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Her educational background includes pre-law and paralegal studies completed at the University of Memphis, as well as ongoing continuing education studies across an array of disciplines. She attained over twenty years of organizational and human resource experience during her tenure as a legal assistant and office manager for two prominent Memphis, TN law firms, as In-flight Office Administrator for Northwest Airlines, and as Manager, Flight Crew Resources for Federal Express Corporation.
Pam has also demonstrated her leadership through her civic and volunteer roles, including serving as a member of the Tenn-Ark-Miss Girl Scout Executive Committee, Individual Development Program Manager for the Mississippi Jaycee Women, Director and Sanction Holder of the Desoto County, Mississippi Junior Miss Scholarship Program, and holding various positions within local, state, and regional organizations. Pam also served in multiple Executive roles (Secretary, Vice-President, President, and Board Chair) for the National Employment Network Association (NENA). She is also the co-founder of EN-Compass, a group committed to establishing best practices, providing training, and offering ongoing support for Employment Networks to ensure outstanding service to the individuals they serve.

Al Walker

Al Walker, CFO and Chief Information Officer, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and an honors graduate of the University of Memphis, where he received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and his Master of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Information Systems. Al has accumulated years of management experience working with Alliance Professional Services LLC, and two Memphis, TN-based manufacturing companies, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and FedEx Services. Areas of experience include accounting, finance, project management, data warehousing, and computer application development. Al has also been active in state and local civic organizations over the years, holding several leadership positions within those organizations.

Amanda Sowell, Ed.S.

Amanda Sowell, Ed.S., brings almost two decades of experience as an Educator, Administrator, and Career Coach. Since joining Alliance Professional Services in 2016, she has specialized in career counseling, supporting youth in transition, and building strong business and community partnerships. She also leverages her expertise in social media and communications to expand outreach and engagement.
Amanda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master of Arts in Modern Languages from the University of Mississippi, where she also studied abroad at the Universidad Pública de Navarra in Spain. She later completed a Specialist in Educational Administration (Ed.S.) from Arkansas State University. Her teaching background includes Advanced Placement Spanish, Business Communications, Public Speaking, World Mythology, and English as a Second Language. Before her many roles with Alliance, Amanda served as an interventionist, working closely with adolescents with academic and behavioral challenges. Her favorite responsibility as a Career Coach with Alliance is helping Ticket to Work participants find meaningful, fulfilling employment that allows them to move forward with confidence and achieve greater independence beyond receiving Social Security benefits.

Judy Sanderson, M.Ed.

Judy Sanderson, M.Ed., currently works on a variety of marketing goals for the agency, including connecting with those in our programs through a texting and voice messaging service, as well as posting on social media. She semi-retired in the fall of 2021 as the Director of Employment Services for Granite State Independent Living. There, she supervised a variety of employment programs, including Ticket to Work, Vocational Rehabilitation vendor services, and day services, which included employment opportunities, for individuals with developmental disabilities. During that time, she served as an Officer of the Private Provider Network, an organization comprising agencies that provide day and residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities. She was also a member of Meeting the Challenge, a state-wide group that annually recognized employers for exemplary practices in hiring those with disabilities. Judy currently serves as the President of the New Hampshire Rehabilitation Association and is a Trustee and past President for Coe-Brown Northwood Academy, a private academy in New Hampshire. Judy previously served as an Officer and Board Member of the National Employment Network Association (NENA).
